Hi guys, I just found this website today and I already love it. Looking for some motivation. After having my baby 3 yrs ago I ballooned up to 185lbs and I knew I had to something with myself when my doctor gave me a face and said wow, you should work on getting back into shape.
So I started last year and have managed to get down to 160lbs. My goal is to get back down to pre baby 135lb but I also want to be really really toned. We'll see how it goes, I've kinda hit a plateau...I look forward to getting to know everyone!
