Preventing Loose skin

I have ben reading a lot of different stuff and was wondering what you guys recommend? I have already lost about 45lbs and plan to loose about 40lbs more. Im currently lifting 3-4times a week and doing cardio 4 times a week(fifteen miles on my bike every monday and wednesday , and running every tuesday and thursday) from time to time Ill throw in another day of cardio since Im not working right now. I also have pretty bad stretch marks around my mid section and on my biceps. Suggestions? Vit E? Bag balm? Vaseline? etc......?
 
Congrats on the weight loss. I am no expert on this, but it seems that weight loss and stretch marks are unpredictable and, to some folks, unpreventable. I would say go for the fitness and worry about the stretch marks if and when they develop.

Cocoa butter doesn't help. Vit. E might help a little.
 
I went from 105kgs to 76kgs recently and have stretch marks on my stomach, biceps and under arms.

It seems pretty unpreventable to me, it doesnt really bother me though.. would prefer to look built and healthy like i do now compared to fat and whatever.
