Anyone who has a craving for ice cream might want to try this...
1 package 1/3 fat cream cheese
1 cup light or sugar free cool whip
1 cup vanilla yogurt
(you can add in fat free/sugar free pudding also for extra creamy texture)
Blend togther with your choice of either:
sugar free hershey syrup
raspberries or strawberries
reduced sugar oreo cookies
or whatever make logical sense diet wise you might like
freeze the mix until firm
The cream cheese and yogurt have protein and dairy which is supposed to block cortisol (that stress hormone). I eat ice cream when I get stressed and this helps me get through it.
Note: the hershey syrup and raspberries swirled is really tasty
