Hi. I just got off the high protein band wagon yet again. I couldn't sustain it and binged on sweets and sugar regularly. I am really struggling to find something that works. I crave meats and fats and dairy. Why is that? I just recently joined the gym again and am doing weights, core work, stretching and a small amount of cardio. I plan to increase my attendance frequency and up my cardio from 20 minutes to 30. I am now following the eat more lose weight plan...basically low fat dairy, veggies, fruits, and low fat protein. I hope this works. I joined here because I need a place to learn, to be accountable and I need support. I would like to support others too.Thanks for reading and I hope to talk to lots of people.
 
hey!! sounds like you have a good plan- im trying to do the same i just need to get fitter and then im sure i will fine a lot more things easier! :)
 
Hello there. Best of luck with your plan. Your plan seems good to me. Just want to add that in your exercise regime add squats as well. I have recently learned about it and its very much of help. Trust me it works. I have read that it focuses 9 muscles of your body at once say legs and belly particularly. You know what? its easy to do and it has seriously worked out great for me. try it.
