Preparing for football

So yeah..I'm about 5'9 or 5'10 right now 14 years old..weigh 150..and im preparing for football next year since I couldnt do it this year because I had way too much stuff to do over the summer and I was cut off after missing so many practices.

I was wondering where you guys think I should start in weight training/muscle building.. I don't have access to a weight room at the moment but by the end of December I'll be in a gym..and I cant use the school weight room until third marking period (thats in like february)..

Do you guys have any suggestions as what I can do to prepare for weight training?

I was also wondering what exercises I can do without a weight room so I dont sit on my ass while I could be doing to increase my muscles without weights.. I'm not THAT strong right now but I'm definately not weak..and I don't know if body weight exercises could increase my muscles a bit.

By the way I can do a strict diet very easily.. I lost a bunch of weight from 12-14.. So its very easy for me to stick to a diet.
