Pregnancy and Weight Gain

How much is an acceptable weight gain during pregnancy - say for 80lb at the initial stages of pregnancy, how much should be around the final weeks?
 
What anyone here says is irrelevant; only your ob/gyn can say what is an appropriate weight gain for you.
