Pre-workout for Beginner

Hi all,

I started P90X 60 days ago and am currently progressing decently, but recently, I felt that my workouts have not been too great due to the fact that I've been stressed and lethargic from starting up summer session for college and work.
What I'm looking into is a pre-workout (and if I need it) but have no idea what suits my needs the best. Can anyone provide me with a brand that works well for beginners like me?

As a side note, I've never taken any type of supplement before. I have completely no background knowledge. I need something that can help me focus on the entire workout, instead of putting in minimal effort.

I use Ignite Workout Optimizer and have killer workouts. Since you're a beginner you could probally get by with a 1/2 scoop.
