Pre and Post Workout Meal

So 30 minutes before I go work out (a slight jog to the gym and then weight lifting) I eat a peach and a glass of water. Once I get to the gym I have a piece of my protein bar and then after I finish my work out, I eat another piece f my protein bar and water right away. Iget home around 20 minutes later and I eat a full meal with carbs/protein. Is that enough so that my muscles dont burn while i eat?
 
I would like to see a better pre workout meal. If you must eat the protein bar, try eating the whole thing before your workout. Then afterwards, eat your full meal.

Otherwise eat a good pro/carb meal about an hour or so before hitting the gym.
 
if its only a few minnutes jog, it can count as a warmup, if its anything that makes you tired, i would actually rather walk..
