powercleans

i got a new powercleans record 55kg but all out i think i could get 60-65kg btw im benching 55kg as well.
 
well, 8 is more middle. 1-5 i consider low reps. But yeah, like evo said, 1-3 for the oly lifts, 5 reps can be used too, but its not often, and anyways, its friggin HARD. ive been doing snatch pulls for 5x5 and its killing me. Today at the gym, i did snatch pulls 5x5 and bulgarian squats 5x5, i thought i was gonna pass out :p
 
lol ya 5x5 bulgs are intense. But so you said OLY should be 1-3 reps, I do cleans 1-3. But I stopped doing Deadlifts in the 8-10 rep range and only do it on my 5x5 day. I want explosiveness from my cleans and dead lifts so thats why i dont train for hypertrohpy for thos lifts. But i use squats for everything so I can gain muscle for my legs.


So im seeing if I should do dead lifts at higher reps or just keep it at 5x5, or lower?
 
i never do deads for high reps, form has a tendency to break down, id keep them down there. 5x5 will give you size anyways aslong as you eat.
