power gains through lifting??

I need advice on how to get stronger alot stronger. im currently running alot and in boxing too. but i feel im not to strong so i need help with this. i want to know what exercises i can do to increase my arm power and chest power kinda like benching and curling what equipment to buy at a low budget. i need help pretty fast because im entering a mixed martial arts class that deals with alot of ground work which i need some power for thanks.
