posture correction/back pain

Ok, sorry if this is in the wrong section its my first post.

Hi!

I have had back pain for about 5-6 months now and it flares up after about 10 minutes of moving about the pain is under both of my shoulder blades. I payed to see a physio and she thought it was a mixture of my bad posture and imbalance muscles - chest over back. I agree with my bad posture as i usually sit at the computer for long periods of time slouching and with my shoulders forward, bringing strain on my spine? I also agree with the imbalance of muscles as in my first year of weight training i never trained my back ( i know :( )

I was just wondering if anyone has any tips on getting a stronger back? I currently do a 3 day split which is:

Monday - Back and bis
Wednesday - Legs
Friday - Chest, triceps, and delts.
Should i drop chest for a few weeks and do back twice a week to get a stronger back?
