Hello everyone.
Can anyone here share some tips and tricks on how to get back in shape after having a baby?

Hey!
What was really a life change to me is the prep. Once you prepare your meals in advance it is easier not to fall on not healthy stuff or emotional eating. If you will eat every 3 hours (when yur baby is eating s its easy to rememmber and get used to) and drink plenty of water you will see results. I gain on my pregnancy 18 lbs and now my baby is 8 months and I allreay lost 20 lbs (more that I gained).
So take is easy, evrey time change somthins small. strat with the 8 cups of water then change the eating rutine and that tkae off sodas all fatty food. Eat clean healthy lots of veggies and fruits.
