Posting the befores!

Although I'm already in the process of the diet, I think posting this as a reminder of what I look like will help motivate me lose the weight I need to lose, which I think is around 30 pounds? I'll just keep going til I'm done haha.

What are your stats? I definately do not see where you are going to lose 30lbs. I would start eating and pack on some lean muscle. I think you would be much happier with the results.
 
Current weight is like 204-210, in that range, possible more? It's been weird...
Height is 6'2", I really don't know how to get bf%, maybe around 20% I assume?
 
If I were to guess, I would say low 20's. I guess it is all a matter of what look you are going for. If you want to get ripped, but be skinny, then yes, you could lose a few pounds, sure. If you want to be ripped with some good lean muscle definition, I would pack on some muscle.
 
Well I weight train 5 days a week, but I'm not 100% sure I'm eating enough calories to pack on any significant muscle. I also do cardio, but I'm trying to look strong but thin.


BTW, I noticed you come from OH as well. What part?
 
So how many calories a day do you think? And how much running, and at what speed? Sorry for sounding rude, but thanks for the tip, I think I will try it :)
 
Good luck with your journey. I would have never guessed that you even weighed that much from your pictures. You're looking pretty good now. I agree with everyone else drop a couple of pounds and focus more on toning. You don't need to be body-builder ripped, but just a bit to define your shape. Don't forget to post afters!!! I'd love to see the transformation.

I just had to post: if you look down at the bottom left corner of the lower photo...it looks as if you've got a framed picture of two butt cheeks leaning up against your mirror. I know that this is pathetic but it made me laugh!
 
I'm trying to eventually get some kind of six pack haha, hopefully my body type is able to achieve that. And ty for the support haha, I will post afters or durings as soon as I start to notice major differences. And btw, the picture is a man's chest, not butt haha. So, anyone know the amount of calories I should consume per day?
