post pregnancy?

So long story short. I had a baby 15 months ago and havent been able to get back into the groove. I went from 140 at 5'7 to 225 (with baby) and 200 just after she was born. I went from 200 to 175 by myself and then I moved to saskatchewan from vancouver island (which has many trails and amazing spots to mountain bike, hike and run, very easy to keep fit) but now I live on the flattest place I have ever seen. It's so much harder to get the same quality workout since I have no hills, etc. Anyone have any tips or advice for me? and since I live in a tiny farm town the closest gym is 45 away so its not really an option...I'm looking for a great at home work out.
 
There are a lot of great instructional exercise videos that let you get a great workout at home! My mom, my sister and I all did one called Slim In 6 which helped my Mom lose a little over 20 pounds in 2 months! If you're more fit though something like P90X would be great too (I think Slim In 6 is more of a beginning workout for when you haven't done much else before.) We haven't done the P90X yet so I can't say personally what it's like but I've heard about great results from it.
