Post Injury Workout

Hi,

Last 2 year back i had gone through an arthroscopic surgery done on my shoulder - type Slap -II tear - . Presently i am able to move my shoulder in full direction and movement is fine. however i still feel discomfort near the shoulder acronym and some time i get click sound ? should i go for MRI again ? how far and how many time a month, K-tape should be worn ? will it be helpful in this condition ? any other imp solution or remedies ...please guide me.

Sounds like like you are getting supraspinatus impingement and the click is often associated with a weak infraspinatus and poor scapular positioning. My suggestion that is easy for you, try yipfit.com. I found a shoulder rehab workout on there for supraspinatus impingement, in the meantime it will build you workouts that don't strain your shoulder while you are recovering. Its actually pretty cool and helped my shoulder a lot.
Avoid benching,any over head lifts and you need to do a lot for your back
