Possible to get cut and gain mass same time?

I have been at the current weight which is 150ish while gaining more muscle and getting cut. The problem is that while trying to get my abs more defined where I want them can u still gain muscle mass? or you just gotta do one thing at once? I eat alot for muscle size and I do HITT cardio and run 2 miles each day for 5 days and do a split routine workout.
 
If your body fat is low, I'd say bulk (how tall are you?), then cut.

no, u cant do 2 things at once, as when u cut, ur eating below the maintenance calories (basically eating less, like a few hundred calories less to create a calorie deficit while having minimal muscle loss. if you want to bulk up, its different, your **EAT MORE** than your maintenance calories, so basically your trying to build muscle and thus u need to eat more fuel efficient foods xD

1. cut = eat less calories, deficit
2. bulk = eat more calories , surplus
