One of their answers I really question....

. If you walk leisurely for 1 hour and 10 minutes, you will burn approximately 400 calories.*

Based on a 130lb person - that seems high... Unless their version of leisurely and mine are completely different - :D


and this one.

If you lift weights for 1 hour and 30 minutes, you will burn approximately 257 calories.*
that seems disturbingly low... while I enjoy my dumbbell time, I'd really hope there'd be more bang for my buck
