Rinse and trim 1 cryovac pork tenderloin - two pieces should total about 2 pounds. Marinate in a mixture of soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and oriental worcestershire sauce (probably available in an Asian grocery - you won't find it in a regular grocery).
Preheat the oven to 500. Line a cookie sheet with foil, and spray a cookie sheet or roasting rack with nonstick spray. Roast the pork on the rack for 10 minutes, flip and roast for another 10 minutes.
Serve with spinach and rice.
