Poping in my elbow (Plz Look)

Hey guys how ya doin? Problly alot better than me Im kinda pissed, I couldnt do my full workout today. I got threw my first set of everything without any problem. Then on my 2nd set of standing rows when I would get to the top of my ROM I would get this pop in my left tendon in my right elbow. I stoped after it di that 2 times and went to my next exercise, just standard rows and got had this same problem. After that I just did some curls cause I didnt want to have a total bum day. What is causing this Im not doing any more weight or reps than the previous set, please help me out cause this is really concerning me.
 
yeah, are you going too high? how's the width of the grip? i'm guessing wide grip, since narrow grips usually make the wrists do funny things, not the elbows.
 
I would say my form is pretty good, in my gym we have mirrors all along the walls and I follow the demos form on exrx.net. It could be my grip though, possibly too close, its a about a fist closer that shoulder width could that be it?
 
Yeah when I do dumbell chest presses I get popping my shoulders. I don't know if its my form or not. I learned all about lifting weight off of a DvD so who knows. But it doesn't hurt so I don't worry about a little pop poppity pop.
