Hey guys how ya doin? Problly alot better than me Im kinda pissed, I couldnt do my full workout today. I got threw my first set of everything without any problem. Then on my 2nd set of standing rows when I would get to the top of my ROM I would get this pop in my left tendon in my right elbow. I stoped after it di that 2 times and went to my next exercise, just standard rows and got had this same problem. After that I just did some curls cause I didnt want to have a total bum day. What is causing this Im not doing any more weight or reps than the previous set, please help me out cause this is really concerning me.
