pooing too much?

hi all

sorry if this is in the wrong place.

ive been on my diet and exercise regime a month and 14 pounds down so far.

One thing i have noticed is i am pooing A LOT! Today for example ive gone 4 times and its only 5pm. Im drinking tonnes of water and exercising hard, and im a bit confused because of the constant pooing because i worry it means my foods not being digested prop

any help would be appriciated.
 
Likely you are doing fine. Your body is working better with a better diet and more water. If you are really worried about it, you can speak to your doctor.

Hi!

Usually they say normal means going 2-3 times maximum to the loo in one day. If your stools are soft and goes on for more than 3 days you should see the doctor.
I, on the other hand...have the opposite problem: since dieting...that's about 2 weeks, I only go every 3-4 days and with laxatives. before diet I was once a day..so this new style of life messes u up a bit...your stomach at least!

let's not forget that a lot of vegetable matter simply isn't digestible. It will come in one end and out the other, so if you're dieting, and you've switched to more fruits and vegetables (as you should be) this will cause more bowel movements.
