Hi all I'm a newbie so please dont rant at me yet
. Quite some time ago I tried Herbalife and lost a lot of weight then when I was 25 I was diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome and gained quite a lot of weight and had to go on metformin for years. When I was 32 I fell pregnant which the doctors confirmed that a miracle. At 35 I had to have a hysterectomy and had a mini stroke the same year. My trouble is I do not eat enough during the day and can happily starve myself during the day and just have a meal at night time. I suffer with lots of headaches and if I drink too much water I get a headache. Anyway have restarted Herbalife and feel much better my shape seems to have changed but do not appear to have lost any pounds. I see from other members that this has happened to them too. I am interested to know once they have lost the weight do they stay on a maintenance diet or do they try a low GI diet and does it still stay off. It is easy for other members to criticise but what may work for one does not work for another. Also I have been making my shakes with milk and I read somewhere it should be water is that correct? I cant have the thermo tea as it gives me an instant migraine. I cook a low fact diet for my daughter and my husband and neither of those are overweight but the doctors have told me that whatever I eat will turn to sugar. I have done the weightwatchers followed it strictly for 6 months and put 8 lbs on very disheartening...... your comments would be appreciated
