I'm new to the forum and really interested to see what people answer to this. Thanks in advance to everyone that participates. Pick more than one if they apply but try to pick no more than 2.
For me my biggest issue is sticking to the healthy foods. I know what I should be eating, I know what I should be avoiding (all the junk food, takeaway foods and soft drinks), but i find it so hard to stick to for more than a day or 2. I always end up going back to bad habits.
