Pole dancing

Yep. That's right... NOT just for strippers.....pole dance is SUPER effective for weight loss, building muscle and getting your cardio done all in one work out!!:sport: I had started training with free weights and machines about 8 yrs ago and had great result and I enjoyed it! Then I was introduced to pole dancing and WOW what a work out.
I have had 4 kids and exercised though out all of my pregnancy with weight training and cardio I was always able to get back into my pre baby shape within a year but with my last baby #4 ( he's only 4 months ) and I'm already back down to my pre pregnancy size!!!! Just from pole dancing! I'm telling you guys I looooovvvvee this work out!
