plz help

Im so pissed and depressed because my body is out of proportion

Chest- good size outer part, basicly flat inner part
Arm- Giant forearms, small biceps, basicly no triceps
Legs- Only part of my body im comfertable with
Back- Needs work
Shoulders- Small

Now heres my question- which one of these should i do?

Start working out at a gym and hope my body will even out? (will it?), instead of working out at home

OR

Stop working out untile my body returns to normal, THEN once it does start to work out at a gym?

Plz let me know which one to do cuase i have no clue
 
Start working out. If you have a good routine, diet, and rest plan, your body will grow into itself nicely. Evening out may take a bit of time (6-12 months), but with a well planned and designed workout, it will happen.

no, no my body is like this BECAUSE of how i workout also another thing to add to parts of me that are messed my right becip is bigger than my left
 
Also, what is your current workout plan? maybe we can help if we modified your routine ;) And the right bicep being bigger than the left is normal. Maybe doing an extra set with the left will help you even it out... ;)
