PLS Help

Hi..i turnd 16 dis mnth...im actully 5.9 ft tall..i guess i weigh 75-76.....im not actly fit or athletic..kinda chubby but it dosnt feel cuz of my height..i dont have shoulders..i relly dont want to go to d Gym..nOT BCUZ IM SHY OR ANYTHIN..ITS RELLY CRWDED DER.....i want to wrkout at home..COULD SOMEBODY GIV ME SOME WORKOUT ROUTINE..U KNOW LIKE PUSHUPS AND OTHER THINGS..I WANT IT FROM BIGGINER TO PRO(WEEK WISE OR SUMTHIN)....i want to build my shoulders and cut out my stomach and my thighs.....so pls help....THNX A LOT....
 
It would be worth checking out the bodyweight training section of these boards to get ideas for exercises.
Keep it balanced by ensuring you are working the whole body not just doing push ups and sit ups as many starting on bodweight only do.
