My name is Desirée Haak and I'm doing some researching for my coming weight loss ebook. I am very interested in your opinions and experiences about weight loss! I have posted a short survey below (with permission from the administrator Sean)! I would be very thankful if you could spare a couple of minutes to answer this survey. Depression entirely derails my good eating habits.

5. What do you prefere as the single most important ingredient in a weight loss program?
That it's a wholistic program that takes into account more than just one or two factors - each person is a complex combination of things. An effective program should reflect that.

6. Anything else you want to share?
My biggest challenge is that I have over-eating problems related to chronic depression. I have the hardest time when I'm depressed.

5. What do you prefere as the single most important ingredient in a weight loss program? I don't know.. something that doesn't make you hungry and tired all the time
6. Anything else you want to share? I would try anything that I could stay motivated long enough to follow
