Hello, i am a 22 male, my name is Dimitriy. Now I am about 5"8 and weight around 181lbs. I am currently in college studying microbiology so i have somewhat of a backround in terms of nutritional knowledge and the physiology of the human body.

Now here is the thing, i want to start losing weight, and turning my 3 liter into a 6-pack. I am honestly committed to working out at my local Ballys like 4-5 times a week, and i am also committed to cutting down on fats i eat. I am here on this forum because i want some advice from you guys, who know more about weight loss then me and perhaps from personal experience.

I want to supplement my work out with some pills. Now the first and most important thing is i want these pills to be VERY safe and not to cause me some problems later on. No, i don't want steroids or anything like that, i would like to take some kind of supplement that will help me lose weight.

I have heard of tons of different pills like Stacker 2 etc...

I want these pills to last me a while..maybe at least a few months..and no to cost too much..10-20$

i figure maybe even psychologically if i can think this pill is helping me, i will lose more weight and be more motivated. So once again, if you guys know of any safe drugs that will boost my metabolism and help me lose weight please tell me about it, the cost, safety precautions and how i can get it.

Thank you tons! i'll be checking back often here:)

You're not going to like my answer.

While I understand the want.. there really is no pill or suppliment that works 100% at helping you loose weight. There is no quick fix way of doing this. Plus, diets pills can be very bad for your body. My suggestion is to do it the old fashioned way and watch your diet, drink plenty of water, exercise and get plent of rest.

if you want the 6 pack your going to have to work on the weight loss. Getting toned can be tricky. You really gotta watch your diet. "back in the day" it was often thought that you had to eat tons of food in order to get a lot of muscle. Not really true... I'd suggest you do some research yourself. You know your body better than anyone else.

Cardio is important. Circuit training as well. When you're on the treadmill, instead of running/jogging the same speed for X amount of minutes, try interval. Have a comfortable jogging speed, and running speed. You want to be able to do the running speed in 2 to 3 minute intervals generally.

edit:

I would not recommend any pills or supplements.... personal preference, I just don't believe in them

stacker 3

There is no such thing as a safe weight loss pill.. all have healt risks and most of them dont even work the way you want them to. i'v used stacker 3 ephedra free with chitosan for a while and didnt lose any weight, the only effect it had on me was that i became so thristy i had to drink up to 4 liters a day, furthermore i had the feeling i needed to puge from the moment i had that filty tasting pill in my mouth. so i wouldnt advise you those but everyones body works differently my boyfriend has used yellow jackets for a while and it realy had effect on him people where thinking he was ill so thin he became but thats also not very good voor your body so i wouldnt advise you that eighter just take an abbo at the gym and work out a lot of cardio machines and stuff..

Before you spend money on pills, why dont you put in a little effort at the gym and in the kitchen? You may find you dont need to open your wallet, except at the supermarket.

I take a multi vitamin and chromium picolinate, and that's it. Other than that, most of the pills out there are usually just caffeine and vitamins, so there's no real need to make a specialty purchase of that, anyhow. If you really feel the need to supplement, then find one you like and watch out for side effects. READ THE LABEL and look it up on the internet. Check the manufacturer on the better business bureau website, too.
Do some research before adding any supplement to your daily diet.
