Honestly, you do not look like you weigh over 200 pounds. I would have guessed you were much slimmer. One thing you have to keep in mind is that everybody doesn't carry their weight the same way. Someone else your exact height and weight could look heavier than you do based on the way that they carry their weight. Also you have to take in account for muscle mass and everything, so just because your BMI says you are overweight, mind you, if you have built muscle, it weighs more than fat and you cannot take the BMI to be completely accurate especially if that is the case. Myself having been extremely small in the past, have always weighed more than I appeared and even in the size clothing that I wore because of weight training and muscle mass. I think you look good, and your body looks very attractive, but then again, you should know what is best for you.

Do understand that the BMI is not foolproof. Far from it considering it was never created in the first place to be used as a health aid. Look at yourself. Listen to your body. You know in your heart if you should be following the BMI or how your life is.

I don't believe neither "weight" or "BMI" are an appropriate measure. I would instead focus on body fat %. It doesn't even have to be an actual number. Just take an honest look in the mirror with your clothes off, and assess your physique. Maybe have someone less biased then yourself asses as well. If you like how you look, then you're good, whether you're firm or flabby. If you're not happy with how you look, then you may still have some work to do. And that does not necessarily mean losing weight.

I'd say maintain. BMIs seem to not be a very accurate indicator. Some professional athletes for example would be dubbed obese by their BMI when they have hardly any fat on their body. Like you said you're tall, have a dense bone structure, and broad shoulders. Before reading and just looking at the pictures you look like you weight about 180 pounds tops.

You weigh about as much as I do but I could still stand to lose 40 pounds atleast. My frontal, back, and side pictures would make me appear to weight quite a bit more than you do. But, I'm not nearly as tall and likely have a less dense bone structure than you do. Everyone has a different body and you look great at that weight.

Congrats on losing 90 pounds.

A big thanks to all of you. Your input is very helpful and thank you so much for the kind comments. I really appreciate all the feedback.!!!!!

Another thing to consider: when a person is overweight, his bones become denser because he has to carry around a lot of extra weight. So it might be your skeleton that is giving you a higher BMI, not your body fat. Or it could be your muscles if you work out a lot. I would try to get a measure of body fat percentage and take that into consideration when deciding if you need to lose more. You look great in your photo. I would not think you were overweight.

IMO Maintain. Congrats, you look awesome man!

BMI is a joke anyways. Granted, its intended to be used as a ROUGH estimate, but according to that scale, all NBA players are severely overweight.

As the above have said - BF% is the most accurate way to go.
