please look if you know a lot about muscles!

hey guys
im 14 yrs old, 5'4 and 128lb , Male.
might sound like a normal quiet thin average guy..but im not.
I was a soccer player for my elementary school, so i grew a lot of leg muscles.
my thighs are 54 cm, and calves are 39 cm.
so im trying to slim them, and i heard that Long distance running gives you thin legs. So i started my cardio exercise 2 days ago, and its jogging/running for 3 miles every night.. ( it takes me about half an hour to 40 minutes)
people said long distance run like that will give you smaller leg muscle and stronger ones.
but it feels like i GREW leg muscle....and feels like they are ripping apart..
after 3 cardio like that ..(i run every night) So im not sure if they are giving me MORE muscle, because they feel like i just came back from a soccer game . Can someone please tell me? I want to slim down my quad muscle so bad..but long distance cardio SEEMS like its giving me more muscle when its not supposed to....help!
and gimme tips on losing muscle n slim down legs.
 
Dude, I think for now you should let nature run it's course. Chicks like muscles. Why are you trying to get rid of them?
 
Soccer players have the hottest legs ever...

you're only 14 now - you will appreciate the hot legs in a few years...

give it time...

guys i know that chicks like muscle
but like mine is just WAY too big.
like i probably have the bigggest leg in my school, and im only in gr 9 and like one of the short guys...
i hate it so much , like when i sit in classroom chair , its so uncomfortable because my legs are short and big. ....
you guys have to understand how i feel
and they are 54 cm..so thats about 22 inches.. go get like measuring tape and take 22 inches and wrap it around your legs and imagine urself as a 5'4 guy.

I am not a parent - so any attempt to sound like a parent is purely coincidental...

You are 14 years old... you're barely in puberty - your voice probably hasn't even finished changing yet... you are probably going to grow and it will balance out...

oh yeah and my thighs are 22" :D
 
I'm just teasing... I'd be a freak if that were the case. Last I checked they were only 17,
 
well get to work bubba... you've got chicken wings for arms... my arms are 13 inches -that's make me cry if i was only 4 inches smaller than you :D (arms wise that is - everything else if bigger :D
 
When's the last time you saw a guy walking around with enormously jacked legs and twigs for arms?

Think logically.

Or start working out your entire body to balance it out.
 
The best way to lose muscle is also be the best way to retard overall growth. I'm sure you don't want.

You are only 14, you have yet to have yet to peak. Give yourself a chance to develop before you obsess over your body, Bro.
