Hi, I've recently joined. You can find my newcomer post in the newcomer forum
I've attached a few photos of me, front, profile and my stretch marks. I'm 18 years old and I'm going on holiday in around 3 months, so I want to lose a bit of weight before hand.
I'm quite broad, and to be honest the top half of my torso I'm okay with - a few pectoral exercises and I'm good to go. My main issue is my tummy, obliques and thighs.
As you can see, I come out quite wide at the sides which has caused the stretch marks which are my main insecurity. The size of my thighs also means I chaff when I walk too much and I have stretch marks between my thighs which hurt when they rub. I bought some bio oil a while ago, which says to apply twice daily for 3 months but I've been irregularly applying it and just wondering how good the stuff really is, should I start doing it properly and will it achieve results?
I don't feel I need to lose too much weight, only to tighten up my midrift, as I'm quite a big boy in terms of my shoulders and I never intend to be 'skinny' or anything.
Anyway, enough of me going on - I'd be very grateful if anybody has any dietary, exercise and/or medical tips on losing weight around my middle and getting rid of stretch marks.
Thanks!View attachment 22775View attachment 22772View attachment 22774View attachment 22773
