Please list all foods and advices for work-out

Please respond as I need to get started by Friday.

Please list all of the foods to be had for the work out. Basically I want to gain weight and to grow a strong bone, at least bigger bones. I'm 19 years old so it's just a matter of somehow being able to increase it.

I am 5'9, 145 pounds with not much muscle at all....I would like to gain ten pouds and change my body to be more leaner (muscular) in a month. I intend to push myself to the max and as hard as possible. However, I understand it may not be a great idea since I haven't work out for a long time. But is it possible to do so if there is a way to help dissolve the huge amount of sorness that I would get as a result of pushing myself very hard? How about a bath full of ice? Would that work to greatly reduce the sorness that I would get in two days after a work out?

What foods has a lot of carb? What foods do I need to eat for a strong bone growth? And what does this phase exactly mean? "Eat six small meals a day"....how small are you talking about? Example please?

And last, can I use machine or should I use weight only?
 
You really need to just learn all aspects of training, diet, and mass gain.

Save yourself a lot of time and get this book and you will learn everything and then some you need to know.



If you don't want to get the book then I suggest reading up on some of the sticky's in each forum section and then if you still have questions ask away.
