ok well, i always knew i was overweight, but when i compared myself with height and weight on those medical charts, i was actualy on the border line of overweight and obese, which really spooked me.
i decided it was time for a chance but it doesnt seem to work.
i know i can get the exerice (work-out) part of weight loss right...i think...but the eating region is something i think that brings me down.
heres my daily routine
i run 2 kilometres every morning and do 100 push-ups and 100 sit-ups
i have usually work and/or uni throughtout the day.
i then in the evenings ran 4-5 kilometres and do again 100 push-ups and 100 sit-ups.
ive stopped eating junk-food ALL together, no more sugary foods, no more soda, only drinking water, no cake/lollies etc etc.
but i still cant seem to lose weight.
do you think my workouts are ok? or do i need more! (im starting gym soon)
also can someone giv me advice on eating plans, like eating cereal in the morning with skim-milk (no fat) and special K cereal/BARS...
or wateva
i need desperate help
sorry for the longgg essay
but anyhelp is much appreciated!!
thank you in advance
