Please help??

Ok im 16, 56kg and 173cm tall. Do you think im fat? or is it just excess skin? what exercises do you think i need to do ? :)

You're not fat at all, and it would not be healthy to lose any more. To the contrary, if you're wanting more definition, you're actually going to have to grow your muscles out. Depending on what your end goal actually is, you'll have several different options of what the "right" routine is for you. All of them though, I feel, revolve around strength/mass gain
