Please help....

Is there anything in particular that's slowing your momentum?
I think that when I was younger, I dieted and the weight fell off. Now I'm 39,so it's harder to lose it. When I think I'm trying really hard, I lose a pound and feel dissapointed. Am learning that I shouldn't, cause a pound a week is really good. ....
 
Actually one to two pounds a week is exactly where you want to be. If you get stuck at one particular weight and you aren't moving, adjust your diet and dont't be afraid to incorporate weight lifting in your exercise. One of the reasons it gets harder to lose weight is that your muscle mass decreases with age and takes your metabolism down with it.

Theresa I'm sure you'll find the way to lose weight and feel better about yourself. I remember mu mum doing diets ll the time and the frustration took the best of her most of the times. One day I gave her told her that I knew a friend that lost weight with this detox programme and she tried. She lost 7 pounds in 9 days. :) She still using it these products now and they're totally natural. You just need to find something that you'll feel comfortable with. All the best, David.

Thank u so much for being so supportive.....I know where I'm having difficulty, I'm not good at cooking, my imagination in the flavour department is lacking. Am trying to look up recipes, but executing them is another story.:(
 
Is there anyway I can help? I know for me it is not only the eating and cooking it is staying motivated!! I am that person needs that support! Have u by chance looked into Beachbody? A great place for ideas!!!
I bet what it saying, will have to look it up.....my mum says, beach bodies are made in the winter!:)
