I am lost when it comes to weight loss wondering if you guys can help.
I am 37 300lbs 6'2
two years ago I was 220 quite smoking and someone just threw fat on me lol.
I have a membership to the gym that I don't go to it also has a swimming pool.
I eat like a horse and I am always tired . I got blood test back everything is negative. I would love to get back down to 220 but I can never find a workout routine that helps me. I have dieted and worked out two months straight and didn't lose a pound. I have even thought about getting the stomach wrap but want to stay away from surgeries. if you guys have any info that would be great I don't know what to do as of right now.
