PLEASE HELP!!!

Hey there, I am trying to get a work out plan going, but I don't know how many of what I should do. If someone could please just put together a workout plan for me to do every day I'd be so thankful. I am trying to lose 100 pounds by this tim e next year or sooner if at all possible. Without pills cause well I'm broke as a joke. Anyways I am 19 years old, my height is 5'5 and I weight 250...yeahhhh its gross i know. I am on a calroie diet and everythin. Anyways...Thanks

Without seeing you in person, no one should be giving you a workout program. We don't know what your capabilities, experience, and/or limitations are in the gym or with any physical activities. What we can do is make suggestions and hopefully give you ideas on where to start based on your current status and activity preferences.


So my first question will be, what kinds of activities do you prefer?
