hey i need some help well since about a couple of weeks of been cunfused i can't make up my mind on what my goal is and i found it and i'm not going to lie you i'm dieing to have a 6 pack i want it more then anying i get mixed anwers (sorry about the spelling i suck) from every one some pepole tell me at 13 i need it but i want it and i'm willing to work for it so i'm begging you please help thanks
