please help this 16yr vegetarain with find the right plan of my weight loss

good morning everyone , today is a big day for me . today i promised myself that i commiting myself to lossing the weight. im 5ft5 5ft6 about 180-185 lbs any advice on fitting a plan that will work for me please comment :) im 16 yrs old and a vegetarian . i aslo jus joined soccer and a person wellness class at school . it help me learn about health of the body and we been running twice a week. its like an advanced gym class but everything is at ur own pace. please help leave any type of advice . thanks

You could try to keep a food diary where you write EVERYTHING you eat up. From there you'll be able to see where you could cut down on your calories and cut out all junk like candy and sodas from your diet. Also try to have moderate portion sizes and never eat more than one serving. :seeya:

I agree with TikTak - writing down what you eat and just avoiding the junk food will go a long way.

Since you've just joined soccer and just started running, I would say that you should just focus on making those things part of your weekly routine. Get to the point where you don't even think twice about doing those activities (for many people, it's a battle every single time) before making a bunch more changes.

Try not to overwhelm yourself with making too many lifestyle changes all at once! I know it's cheesy, but slow and steady really does win this race!
