Please help me!

I am in a really bad position right now, so I need help badly.

I am 6ft and 150lbs. I have very little muscle but I still have a little bit of fat(skinny-fat).

I have been running 2 miles a day and weight lifting for weeks now but it's not working at all. I haven't changed at all. I don't eat a lot(between 1200-1800 cals a day) not because I'm trying to but because I just don't like to eat all that much. I don't want to lose any weight but I still want to burn the fat. How do I not go into starvation mode when my maintenance level is so low? I have been trying so ****ing hard to just get rid of my fat so I can work on getting muscle, but it seems that no matter what, my body stays exactly the same. I've been avoiding doing a bulk because I don't want to put on more fat, but I guess I have no choice because nothing else is working. Please tell me, what do I do? I'm clueless.

Bulk, going to be virtually impossible to get rid of all your body fat, your body needs it. Go and bulk, then do a cut you'll lose the weight alot quicker.

I usually run about 2-3 miles a day for cardio. For weight lifting, I just sort of do everything. 50 pushups, 2x 50 rep calf lifts, squats, dumbell curls, 20 pullups, 2x 30 rep shoulder shrugs.

for my diet, i don't really count calories but i don't eat as much as i should because i'm hardly ever hungry.
-oatmeal or cereal for breakfast
-turkey sanwhich or egg sandwhich for lunch
-apple or orange b/w lunch and dinner
-protein shake after workout
-salmon, flounder, tuna or chicken for dinner

and LOTs of water
