Hey everyone! First off, I'm a 15 year old, white female... I'm 5'6, 115-120 lbs. My measurements are 34-25-37. I would like to lose an inch or two in my butt!
I need to know what I should be eating and what sort of exercising I should be doing. Currently, I'm eating around 1800 calories a day. I don't have a set exercise routine... I live on a cattle farm so I work in the barn (physical work) anywhere from 30 minutes up to 2 hours a day. (I figured that had to count for something! lol)
Please help me out!
