i'm getting really down hanging around with a friend who is the envy of all the guys as she has the figure to die for... small in height with curvy hips and a tiny waist..alot like rachel stevens. I myself am small but i have skinny legs no hips and quite broad shoulders, however my boobs are a good size.I would love a more feminine figure. Obviously you can't change your natural bone structure but does any one no any exercises i can do to get a more curvy shape, for example which would make my hips appear curvier.
