I got a workout machine and an elyptical. The workout machine was the MGV version at (I got it used) - I am 235lbs / 6'2 and really want to get around 200lbs or so. I have been doing the elypitcal and by some miracle i am knocking on the door of being able to stay on it for 30 minutes now ... a lot better compared to the 3 minutes i started at! Anyway, how should i mix my cardio / weight training throughout the week, and what should it consist of, given my equipment? I generally just did 25mins of elyptical, 100 situps and 30 pushups/ arm raises (i'm weak) - I'd like to maximize my results in as little of time as possible, though i plan on doing this for a long time. Please let me know!
