Can anyone identify this piece of equipment... I think it is a type of vibrating platform but it looks a big more heavy duty...

Does anybody who knows who makes them?

Yes lots use them... That picture is of Rafael Nadal on one...

Anyone know this brand... that one doesnt look too expensive and if its good enough for him its good enough for me...!!! Normally they are $5k+

The equipment is called "spam" and it has arms and legs. "lozbenson" has started 3 posts in 3 different sub-forums just to post this stuff. I would expect another new account to post the answers to the questions, classic spamming.
