Please Help-am I on the right track?

Hi all,
I am new to this forum and also to exercise. I am 31 and have always been slim (more towards skinny) but after giving birth to my twins 1.5 yrs ago I m very unhappy about my body, I seem to have round and big waist with some extra skin due to twin pregie and c-section. my limbs are still slim so I kinda look funny I think. My weight seems to be ideal so I am confused what kinda exercise should I be doing.

I have started exercising since the past 3 weeks but I am not sure whether I am doing the right exercise for my body. The following are my exercise routine, please feel free to comment or give advice.

monday-jogging
tuesday-aerobics
wednesday-abs and thighs workout
thursday-aerobics
friday-abs and thighs workout

How do I burn fat only in the target areas? Is this a good idea? thanks in advance. Oh btw, can anyone recommend me a good aerobics video? the one i m using now seems to be very difficult for me.

fat comes off where it comes off...

I would strongly suggest you spend some serious quality time reading the stickied threads around the forum.... the threads in exercise should give you some direction exercise wise and nutrition and on topic will fill in the rest of the gaps.

There's a thread or two on exercise dvd's where people have talked about the ones they use -but the best one for you is the one that you will use consistently and challenges you...
