Sport please critque diet

Sport Fitness
Hi, I'm new to this board and I was just looking for some advice re: my diet. I've spent a couple of weeks reading and studying to make myself a meal plan and I was just looking for some feedback on it. I'm 5'4, 135 pounds, I weight train 4X a week with a trainer and am going to be doing cardio 5-6 days a week in a.m. on empty stomach for 45-60 min. I'm looking to drop about 15 pounds. This is what I came up with:

7:30 a.m. cardio 45-60 min. on empty stomach
Meal #1 8:45-9:00
1 scoop whey protien mixed in water
1/2 banana
1/3 cup oats

Meal #2 - 12:00-12:30
1 chicken breast, boneless, skinless
1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
1 cup asparagus, spinach or green beans

Meal #3 3:30-4:00
1 cup fat free sugar free yoghurt
1/2 cup berries

Meal #4 - 6:30 -7:00
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup brown or wild rice
1 cup spinach
1/4 cup cashews or almonds

WEIGHT TRAINING - 9:00

MEAL #5 10:15 -10:30 (when I get home from gym)
1 Scoop whey protien
1/2 banana
1/3 cup oats

11:00 bedtime

Please feel free to comment or make suggestions on anything I can improve, I would really appreciate any advice positve or negative. :D

Sorry, forgot to add 2tbsp ground flaxseed to meal #3, and I also consume 4 litres of water per day

diet looks solid to me.

only thing i question is do you know your bodyfat %? i ask because cardio on an empty stomach does lead to weight loss. but do you want to lose bodyweight or do you want to lose bodyfat?

my body fat is 18%, and, yes, I want to lose some fat, I put on about 12 pounds, and you can no longer see my abs

from personal experience, i have found that doing low intensity cardio on an empty stomach helps to lose bodyweight. but then having something in your stomach before and then doing high intensity training helps to lose bodyfat and to maintain lean muscle.
