Please critique my cutting diet

1 - Protein Shake 2 srvs + 2 Lg Bananas = 439 Cals and 38 Grams of Protein
2 - Apple = 80 calories

3 - Rice, Beans and Chicken Breast = 564 Cals and 31 grams of Protein
4 - Yogurt with Granola = 190 calories and 6 grams of Protein

5 - 2 Chicken Breasts + Broccoli = 283 Calories and 56 Grams of Protein

Is there anything essencial that I should add or subtract from that? Thanks for the help in advance! Oh, and by the way I'm 6 ft tall and weight 178 lbs.
 
1) what type of protein are you using for your shakes, generally the body can only take in aroun 50g of protein at a time, so if it is whey chances are you are wasting your money and hopefully the excess protein will be excreeted out of th ebody however it is possible for some of it to be turned into fat

2)what BF% are you as at 1500 cals a day I would say that you are undereating , especially as you don't have enought protein spaced out through the day to maintain maximum muscle retention while cutting

3) where are the fats. add some walnuts to your diet, some avocado and pumkin seed and drizzel some extra virgin olive oil over your food once it is cooked. remember fat are not the enemy.

4) make sure that it is wholegrain rice and not white rice that you are using
