Please can you put my mind at rest

I am slightly underweight for my age (29) and want to gain weight (slowly) I have a good diet, and have a good set target range. recently I have been more active and obviously havn't had time to eat enough to 'refuel'. I am a little worried that I may have lost too much lean muscle, and my legs are looking more flabby and takes longer than usual to recover over night, is this flab fat or just flabby due to muscle loss?. I am also very constipated.

Thank you

Julia

you could have lost some lean mass. how much fiber are you eating each day or what kinds of foods are part of your regular meal plan?

Julia,
I suggest seeing a health professional. A dietician, nutritionist, naturopath, GP, ANYONE! None of us can possibly assist you online as well as one of these professional can in person.

In the meantime, make sire you are eating enough, make sure what you eat is healthy and don't do too much heavy cardio exercise.

Take care, Adam.
