Please advise what I should do next?

My start weight was 164 lbs on the 1st of January 09.
To date I have lost 12 lbs. I am now 152 lbs. Took an average of 6 weeks at 2lbs per week.
My goal is a wedding I am going to April 27th which is about 10 weeks still to go. Could I lose a further 20lbs in that time if I carry on this diet and continue with running walking and fitness dvd or would I need to do more to reach goal.
Has anyone any advice. Ta
 
That is a very reasonable goal, and I think if you keep at it, you can do it. However, you might need to adjust your plans (less eating or more excercise) if your body gets used to your new weight so you can continue losing. Good luck!
 
It's really hard to say for sure one way or the other, skinnyone, as everyone's body is different. From what I've read on these forums about successful weight loss your best bet is going to be to continue what's been working for you, track your progress, and adjust as needed.

Cheiri is right though. It sounds like your goal is very reasonable. Keep up the great work.
