dont weighttrain after cardio, do your cardio last. Do squats and deadlifts.
Are you doing an upper/lower split?
 
well anyways, what are your goals? be stronger or bigger? anyways you should do deadlifts and squats, and do cardio after your lifting or on off days. and dont do static stretches before lifting or running.
