I'm 24, male 5' 9' and started at 228lbs. i'm now 181 and have been at that weight for the past 5 weeks and am getting frustrated. i lost the 47 lbs over a 9 month period. i would like to get down to 160 but being at 181 for so long has me worried. i have fat left (in the belly area). my arms are solid, my legs are solid, my chest is solid. i am still (and have been) eating the same as i was in the 9 month period i lost the weight. I have tried changing my workout routine (used to do 45-1hour on elliptical and 15 mins lifting now do 15 mins on elliptical and 45-1 hour lifting), i've not worked out for a week, i've pigged out eating one week, i've changed my eating habits and i'm still at 181. I live a VERY active lifestyle. i'm on my feet 8-10 hours a day for work (aircraft mechanic) and burn between 3-4k cals a day. i'm eating 2k calories a day max from when i started when i was 228lbs. my measurements are the same also. what am i doing wrong?
